Wikipedia offers its content in some 300 different languages, and the same topic likely has a different image to represent it,. This little site at [https://walzr.com/in-every-language/](https://walzr.com/in-every-language/) offers away to explore topics by the image from various language editions.

When you visit the site, a topic is randomly displayed, which can be interesting. Or you can search for a Wikipedia topic and see how many images you can find. Here is [Learning in 40 different wikipedia languages](https://walzr.com/in-every-language/learning).

[![Various images of children in school, wit books, brains](https://connect.oeglobal.org/uploads/default/original/2X/a/a0c47120a46111a41d21d185308170658bd00cd1.jpeg)](https://walzr.com/in-every-language/learning)

What does this say about the topic? What does it mean to have the same topic displayed with a different lead image?

Or you can try from a list of 3 different random ones at the top of the site. My focus of my graduate work when I studied Geology [brought up some interesting photos and diagrams](https://walzr.com/in-every-language/volcano)

See what you can discover by exploring [https://walzr.com/in-every-language/](https://walzr.com/in-every-language/).

This is made possible of course by the openness of data from Wikipedia. When I find these web sites, I always get curious about the person or organizaton that piublished them, so [if you go to the top of the web site you can find many more curious web projects by Rile Walz](https://walzr.com/)

It is interesting how some articles have very different images for the same topic, [like 84 different ones for grafitti](https://walzr.com/in-every-language/graffiti).
