يدور هذا العرض حول كيفية قيام جامعة السودان المفتوحة بتقديم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات للتغلب على التحدي في مجال التعليم. وتأهيل وتدريب أكثر من 22000 معلم. علاوة على ذلك لتمثيل كيفية تأهيل المعلمين لإصلاح المحاضرة ، لتمكين المعلمين ليكونوا قادرين على استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في التدريس ، والقدرة على إدارة الفصل ، وتقييم أداء الطلاب ، والقدرة على اكتساب المهارات الإدارية ، والقدرة على التطوير الذاتي ، والعمل على تطوير وتوحيد المناهج وطرق التدريس واكتساب مهارات جديدة تعترف بجزء مهم لأن البلدان الأفريقية بحاجة إلى مزيد من التحسين في هذا المجال.
There is no debate that the higher education is essential part of development in all nation, after the technology prosperity the ICT offer a huge number of opportunities to the nation to improve their human resources by qualifying and reskilling their employees which will lead to the growth of nation. Accordingly the world focus on the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) with immense concentration on the use of ICTs systems.
This presentation is about how the Open University of Sudan introducing the ICT to overcome the challenge in education. And qualifying and training more than 22000 teachers. Moreover to represent how the teachers qualified to repairing the lecture, to enable teachers to be ability to use ICT in teaching, ability to manage the classroom, evaluation of student performance, and ability to acquire managerial skills, ability to self-development, work on the development and consolidation of the curriculum and teaching methods and gains new skills which recognize important part because African countries need more improvement in this field.
