I am the Founder of KBR & HL Human Development Foundation. I ventured into eLearning in 2006 and into the Open Education Movement in 2009.
As the Head of IBS India eLearning Department, I managed the eLearning Department for 7 IBS Campuses and provided eLearning support to the Icfai group of institutions for 11 years. I trained Professors at Icfai group of institutions and at various academic and research institutions in India and Asian countries on eLearning – Moodle, Blended Learning, Instructional Design, OER, MOOCs, Interactive Content development, EdTech tools, eAssessment etc. I am the domain expert for IIT Bombay Spoken Tutorials on Moodle.
I am an eLearning consultant for Intergovernmental Organisations and Academic Institutions, including Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA).
