Veronica Juarez is an eLearning & Instructional Design Specialist at Laredo College, with five years of experience in eLearning and 18 years of service in higher education. She earned her Master of Education, completing her graduate coursework 100% online, which has given her firsthand experience as both an online learner and an eLearning professional.

Veronica is actively involved in Quality Matters (QM) and holds several QM roles, including Quality Matters Coordinator, QM-Certified Course Review Manager, QM Peer Reviewer, and APPQMR Online Facilitator. Her work focuses on supporting faculty in designing and developing high-quality, accessible, and engaging online and hybrid courses.

As an eLearning and instructional design professional, Veronica is passionate about helping faculty create meaningful learning experiences and ensuring that online courses are designed with student success, accessibility, and quality in mind. She enjoys sharing practical strategies, resources, and her own experiences to help faculty feel more confident teaching in the online environment.
