CAN NOT Sign in for Open Office

Hi,

Having receiving a mail to meeting presenters with the link in the mail that is supposed to join the open office trial session. However, trying a couple of times, the link simply dos not work. I was shown with a box requesting for zooming name and password. Any way to solve this? Thanks for the help.
