Intentionally Equitable Hospitality podcast

A recent conversation with Maha Bali around our experiences teaching and learning with digital technologies. We started with Intentionally Equitable Hospitality and explored the many literacies needed today, including visual thinking, creating and using images, and the use of “AI” models despite their limitations, especially for language translation.

Hello:

We don’t have a physical Center; instead, we operate a virtual center accessible through our portal. Within this space, we have a variety of departments and faculty resources available on demand. We also have a Teaching and Learning Committee, supported by our Faculty Senate. Professional development sessions are offered multiple times throughout the year, and faculty are allotted dedicated time to participate, as outlined in their union contract—ensuring these opportunities don’t conflict with teaching responsibilities. I hope this information is helpful. Have a great day!
