I was reminded of an impressive effort by Polimi Open Knowledge MOOC offering of an open course OER102 “Enhancing Education Through Open Opportunities” which was created using only open source media software and all source materials were made available on open file formats. All the media, including planning documents, are available via Zenodo.

It just seemed relevant and was maybe one of the only courses I have come across that was created with such a level of openness.
