a research project examining the capacity and maturity of Open Education Practices (OEP) within the British Columbia (BC), Canada post-secondary system, to move beyond tracking simple metrics like textbook adoptions and cost savings, and gain a deeper, empirical understanding of OEP happening at BC institutions, especially since the region has a relatively mature OE community.
