Every year, SPARC Europe, together with the European Network of Open Education Librarians, seeks to gain more insights into Open Education (OE) practices in Higher Education institutions in Europe; we do this via a survey.
If we are to gain an accurate picture of Open Education in Europe, we really need your input. It helps us plan our support in the area going forward. So we’d really appreciate a little of your time for this important topic.

Who should take survey ? Many responses come from European academic libraries and this is of particular interest to us, but we are keen to receive responses from others who are involved in Open Education in Europe, and multiple responses where different departments play roles.
We are keen to hear from institutions actively involved in Open Education, but also from those who are actively considering it.
When do you need to submit? The survey deadline is Friday, 22 December 2023, 23.59 CET.
We look forward to sharing the results of the survey in the first quarter of 2024.
