Scenario Storytelling is placing yourself or an imagined character somewhere in the future, where they are coping with likely new and complex situations.
I’ll be facilitating with StoryCenter founder Joe Lambert on a unique six week workshop to have you create stories about the future. Participants will use a mix of AI image, video and audio generating tools and Wevideo editing software.
2 hours weekly, for 6 weeks
When:2026-01-07T17:00:00Z→2026-02-11T08:00:00Z
Based on the Postcards from the Future project of the 2024 100 Year Project at Arizona State University and the Ed Tech Scenario Stories from the 2025 conference at UT San Antonio, we will walk participants through imagining, scripting, designing and producing a 2 - 4 minute story that imagines an issue, idea, or context that informs your thoughts about what is in store for the world in the years to come.
This is an event offered by and for the open education community. If you are logged into OEG Connect, return to the main OE Events space where you can add your own event as a new topic
I am very interested in participating in the Voices of the Future Present workshop. I work in the field of libraries, knowledge, and education, and this topic deeply connects with my professional and personal interests.
Unfortunately, I am currently a refugee due to the war in my country, and I am not able to afford the registration fee.
I wanted to kindly ask if there is any possibility for a full scholarship, fee waiver, or any form of support that would allow me to participate.
I would be truly grateful for the opportunity to learn, contribute, and share perspectives from my context.
Thank you for your understanding and for creating such meaningful learning spaces.
