OpenAP 2026 is the second Asia-Pacific Conference on Open Education being organized by the GO-GN Asia Pacific Hub and hosted by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) at Vietnam National University.

The Asia-Pacific Conference on Open Education (OpenAP 2026) aims to establish an international academic forum that brings together researchers, educators, experts, library and information professionals, and policymakers to engage in critical discussions on the role of open education in advancing equitable, inclusive, and sustainable higher education.

It also highlights the role of open education in bridging the digital divide, expanding access to knowledge, and promoting lifelong learning across the Asia-Pacific region.

Furthermore, OpenAP 2026 aims to strengthen international academic collaboration, foster research networks, and enhance the quality and impact of scholarly publications in the field of open education.
