Hi friends! I just wanted to share a PD opportunity we are offering from Trent University and Fleming College. It’s the Kawartha Teaching and Tech Conference and while it is not specifically focused on Open Education, the cast of presenters and workshop leaders are filled with open educators and other open education enthusiasts! It’s free and fully online so it does not matter if you have no idea where “Kawartha” is! (It is the area around Peterborough, Ontario in case you wanted to know). Good question! We are working on the schedule but it will be approximately 9-4 EST on Feb 19th.

Thanks Terry for adding your event here! This is exactly the kind of action we can induce other event organizers to do. It’s worth checking out the main event site (well for the nice art work too) at https://pedagogywithoutborders.sched.com/

And worth noting this is a free, online event, especially the ones we would like to share here. Can I ask that other event organizers Do What Terry Did and post their events in the OE Events space here?

It’s also helpful if you attend any of these that you share back some notes on your experience.

In the finished resource you could have two columns, do / don’t do what Terry did?
