We are thrilled to introduce the International Oriented Open Online Instructors, a pioneering alliance committed to breaking down educational barriers and fostering a global learning community. Led by Taipei Medical University, our consortium of five esteemed institutions—Taipei Medical University, Tzu Chi University, National Taipei University, National Taipei University of Technology, and National Taiwan Ocean University—is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality online education through Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs).
