Welcome to the entrance to the OEG Connect spaces set up for the OEGlobal 2026 conference, October 7-9 in Cambridge and online. This part of OEG Connect is the common area for both in-person and online attendees. Think of it as standing on the MIT campus in front of the Morris and Sophie Chang Building (E52), where on the 6th and 7th floor you will find the Samberg Conference Center, the venue for OEGlobal 2026.

Registered conference attendees will be sent invitation links soon to gain full access to the discussions happening inside. Once you use the links to join us here, the latest discussions on our online rooms will be visible from the OEG Connect main space for OEGlobal 2026.

The “spaces” listed below are like large conference rooms with much activity happening inside. Note these links will only work for registered participants. If you followed our invitation email, and cannot access the spaces please For help with this please message @OEGconnect or send an email to connect@oeglobal.org and we will make sure you can access everything.

  • Like the conference venue, we will provide a public front entrance with information and updates on the conference. Anyone can ask a a question about what’s happening inside, perhaps an attendee will share!

  • The Lobby is where you can introduce yourself, meet and greet other attendees, and discuss your plans for the conference.

  • Look to the Information Desk for announcements, ask questions, how to get assistance from the conference team.

  • Head over to Session Conversations to be part of discussions about specific conference sessions, share resources you saw presented, or just engage in the conference themes.

  • Look for asynchronous activities (or create your own) in the Interaction Zone as things to do whether participating online or in-person.

  • Meet up with the conference sponsors where each will create their online display table here and will be on hand to answer questions, share more about their offerings, and offer ways to meet up during or after the conference.
