Seeking Connections for a Potential Indo-German Research Proposal

Hello everyone,

I am exploring the possibility of developing an Indo-German collaborative research proposal under a joint ICSSR-DFG funding programme in the social sciences and humanities.

My current interests are broadly situated at the intersection of education, digital cultures, and knowledge-making. Two emerging themes I am exploring are:

• Curiosity architectures: How educational environments intentionally design for curiosity, uncertainty, and discovery.
• Educational media production cultures: How educational knowledge is transformed into videos, podcasts, and other media forms.

I would be particularly interested in connecting with colleagues based in Germany whose work relates to areas such as educational innovation, digital education, media studies, game-based learning, inquiry-based learning, sociology of knowledge, or related fields.

If these themes resonate with your work, I would be happy to connect and explore possible synergies.

Many thanks,
Ajita

Thanks for sharing your research interests and the opportunity for potential collaboration under the ICSSR–DFG funding programme.

I am would like to explore this collaborative initiative. Your proposed themes, particularly Curiosity Architectures and creation of educational cultures strongly resonate with my academic interests and research engagements in the field of education. I believe this area offer a significant scope for interdisciplinary inquiry and meaningful contributions to understand contemporary educational practices in digitally mediated environments.

My work focuses on educational innovation, teacher education, digital pedagogies, and the integration of ICT in teaching and learning.

I am particularly interested in examining how educational environments can foster inquiry, creativity, and learner engagement, as well role of ICT in knowledge creation and dissemination.

I would be delighted to connect further to discuss potential areas of synergy and explore possibilities for developing a collaborative research proposal under the Indo–German partnership framework.

I look forward to continuing this conversation.

Warm regards,
