Our Board member, Perrine de Coëtlogon, let me know that Pierre Boulet the vice president for digitalization at her university (University of Lille) published this great article in the Conversation. I like the way it notes that open in education includes, tools, resources and science. As you all know this is the macro framework for open that I keep pushing.
