Deakin celebrates OE Week in Australia by launching new Pressbooks catalogue and a podcast!

Deakin University have launched a new initiative to mark Open Education Week activities in Australia: “Discover Open eBooks at Deakin”, an invitation to discover our collection in two ways:

Explore the catalogue via Deakin Open eBooks, Deakin’s own instance of Pressbooks to host our growing catalogue of Deakin-published OER
Conect with ‘Stories of Openness: An Open Education Podcast’, featuring interviews with Deakin OER authors.

If you would like to learn more about our Pressbooks catalogue or the podcast, we are running a mini-campagin through OE Week in Australia (April 20-24) through Deakin Open Ed News and our own LinkedIn feeds: ⁠Lauren Halcomb-Smith and ⁠Angie Williamson.
