Dear friends, peers and everybody in the #Open,
as we in these parts of the Global South and other related spaces head towards our summer breaks (did you know ours begins now?), it’s just a kind and polite signalling that some people will be away, and taking well deserved breaks so they return in 2023 as fresh and energised as many of our northern counterparts appear at the moment after their recent summer breakaways! 
We are not ignoring you in this period, but may be at rest, and thinking about how to revive energies and efforts when back. Your understanding and support is valued and appreciated.
