I’m new to OE Global Connect and would like to personalize my profile. Could someone please guide me on how to upload or update my profile picture?

Greetings and welcome to OEGConnect, Ahmad.
Our getting started resources are sent when you create an account, but we have our own Getting Started Guide for you, with the First Steps for New Users that answers your question.
But to be direct, this link works for anyone who is logged in to edit your preferences to set up your name displayed and add a profile picture. Thus you can update your icon from that green circle with an “A” in the middle.
We also hope new members here update their profile with this direct link - you can add more detail or update any information entered in the signup form, and create a more welcome representation of yourself for others to see.
I applaud you as well for stepping in to ask a question, and hope to see your updated icon appear in more discussions in OEG Connect.
The site might be overwhelming so I have been plotting maybe a more structured series of activities as an on boarding process, please anyone speak up if this is of interest.

I would be delited if you also register at OER World Map: www.oerworldmap.org to set up a profil there and highlight your organisation, projects, services … around Open Educational Resources to make them visible worldwide.
