Abstract

National Tsing Hua University invites Professor Lin Hsiu-Hau, who has won many awards from the open education onsortium, to share how the open courses of National Tsing Hua University break the traditional time barrier ,eliminate the learning gap and move towards the educational goal of "learning without barriers, bringing teachers home"!
