Here is a valuable new resource from the Open Education Association Development Project - a versatile resource for not only listing upcoming open education conferences, but in a matter where the information can be sorted and filtered in many ways.
Rather thane me trying to describe it, all, look for yourself

Plus there is a calendar view which if I am looking at, converts all times to the viewer’s local timezone (curiously it is titled OE Webinar calendar?)

You can then navigate and be able to create sharable links for say a July 2025 view or even the week of July 13.
This shows the flexibility of the Airtable database it is built on (you can do a moderate amount with a free plan, I once used Airtable to generate an interactive site built in Glitch).
It does not seem to have a form where you can suggest / add other events, you’d likely have to email the contact address on the site.
Keep in mind we are always open too list any event your are organizing or even just stumble across - you can add them directly to the OE Events area of OEG Connect.
And stay tuned, we are looking at a possibility here at OEGlobal (sorry team if I am hinting early) of taking the functionality of the Open Education Week Community Events Calendar to build a general calendar for open education events year round.
But keep a bookmark/eye on the Open Education Conference List a valuable resource, its data can be downloaded and also is shared into the public domain using CC0.
Actually, CCCOER has had a calendar of upcoming Open Education Conferences for years (since before I started!). It used to be a messy Google Sheets doc, but I recently moved it into Notion. It’s available on CCCOER.org under the “Get Involved” menu. It has tabs to sort it by conferences with open CFPs, hybrid or virtual options or are free to attend. I’ve thought about making the database available for anyone to submit their event to it, but I haven’t tested that functionality enough to know if that’s a good idea or not…

Thanks Liz, that’s a great list / resource as it is curated for events of interest to community college open educators.
My note is that updates require someone like you to manually update. That’s not much as this is something you are good at and devoted to collecting resources. There are form add-ons to enable adding data to your Notion Database that perhaps others could contribute to-- and a host of other integration tools that maybe could work to add events from other systems.
We already but a system for people outside of OEG to add their events to the Open Education Week calendar. A challenge not to be under estimated is dealing with global time- our system lets event planners enter dates/times in their locale and allows site visitors to view in their local time. Our developer who assisted on the project can readily design new modes of display.
After most of my edtech career building countless tools and sites for having people contribute content, the technology is less the issue than finding the ways to encourage people to fill out those forms. For one site I built at Maricopa, Id id a poster session that shared our efforts to do this through “Bribery, Competition, and Begging”
It would be great to see that Notion powered database light up. Let’s look at some of those addons.
