If you need assistance at anytime during OEGlobal 2026, this is your help desk. Ask a question by replying below or starting a new topic in the Conference Info Desk area. The chances are that someone else has the same question!
We have a support team that will be monitoring this help desk before and during the conference. When we reply you should receive a notification indicator posted near your user icon in the top right. Or we may likely contact you as a private message in OEG Connect.

Hi Katherine and welcome to OEG Connect. And that is a very key question I bet others will be asking.
The OEG Connect site is purely for conversations and sharing about the conference, and is open to the wider open education community. Access to the conference streams is restricted to registered participants and will appear on the Sched site that has the full program.
The links have not been added yet, If you are registered, and log in to Sched next week you will find them as a button labeled “Zoom” on the sessions (again, the buttons will be there only if you are logged into Sched.
The recommended strategy is using the option to browse the sessions in Sched and use the check box next to the title or the Add to My Schedule button that appears on a computer when you mousover a session
Also, I just selected a random session but I do recommend seeing a presentation by @joergelp !
The personal schedule lets you organize your conference plans, and once the zoom buttons are added next week, you will have access to them there (or you can export your Sched plans to your regular calendar tool).
Just adding here (because I am testing), when you go to My Schedule in Sched there are icon buttons to have it email your schedule, print, or add it to your online calendar. I just used the option to put mine in my Google Calendar:
