Content analysis of OER developed is also a crucial part of it along with the interviews of OE4BW initiators so to realize their opinions as well. Personal reflections of researchers as developers and mentors of this programme are also a part of this study. This has led to observations about the significance of OE4BW in terms of its worth as an emerging player in open education and addressing SDGs. This study throws light on the prospects of OE4BW through suggestions from the stakeholders.
