Ollivier HAEMMERLE is a professor at Université de Toulouse Jean Jaurès, Executive Director for UOH Université Ouverte des Humanités and President of L’Université Numérique, the French association of digital universities.

Michael MATLOSZ is a professor at Université de Lorraine, President of Fondation UNIT, the French Digital University for Science and Engineering. He has served, from 2014 to 2017 as President of the French national research agency, ANR.

Jacques DANG is the Secretary of the board of AUNEGe the digital university for economics & management, as well as of L’Université Numérique, . He is a member of the French delegation to ISO/IEC JTC1 SC36 and has served, from 2017 to 2020, as expert for the French Ministry for Higher Education, Research and Innovation. Jacques is also

  • a member of the board of the International Council of Badges and Credentials
  • a member of Comité d’Habilitation Numérique de la Conférence des Grandes Ecoles, which awards recognition of a Grande Ecole to deliver degrees for online, digital higher education programs
  • a member of the Online Educa Berlin conference global advisory board.
