臺北聯合大學系統從兩校合作磨課師到四校共構課程，從跨校行政部門合作到教師合作，利用跨校合作開放教育內容並期待共榮共好。本次發表將說明臺北聯大四校實質如何共同設計與發展多門MOOCs的經驗以及重點提示，除了介紹四校共構課程設計架構外，並且藉由國際平台推廣成國際開放教育課程並介紹目前推廣成果，最終並以此框架反饋於校內開放教育資源之推動機制，導入於校內數位課程推廣及翻轉應用。
